Abstract

Present invention is related to a rubber spiral-straight guide cleaner for rubber conveyor belts which is placed on a belt conveyor (3), and which comprises rigid frame comprised of a stand (4) and two vertical pillar carriers (4’). In the upper part of the conveyor (3), onto holders (5) which are fixed onto carriers (4’), inside the bearings (8) are rotatory mounted three rollers (6) onto which is leaned upper supporting arm (7) of the conveyor belt. Lower return arm (10) of belt of the conveyor (3) is leaned onto set of rubber thread rolls (1, 2, 11, 12) which are, by the holder (9) mounted onto carriers (4’). Rolls (1, 2, 11, 12) are made of metallic cylinders (1’, 2’) which on their outer surface have firmly placed rubber spiral (1”, 2”) and/or the rings (1’’’, 2’’’), where the roll (1) is made with left thread as left spiral-straight roll (1), while the roll (2) is made with right thread, as right spiral-straight roll (2).Application comprises multiple variants for mounting the rolls (1, 2, 11, 12) onto the conveyor (3).
