Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pad polerski o przekroju koła z nośnikiem bazy w postaci filcu wełniano — igłowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że na całej powierzchni pada ma nośnik bazy z filcu wełniano – igłowego, zawierający spoiwo w postaci kompozycji syntetycznej w ilości 0,2÷0,6 wysokości dla objętości nośnika filcowego, przy czym kompozycja syntetyczna ma skład na każde 100 g: żywica poliestrowa konstrukcyjna w ilości od 40 g do 60 g korzystnie 60 g, utwardzacz w ilości od 0,5 g do 2 g korzystnie 1 g, tlenek cynku (ZnO) o ziarnistości < 0,0399 µm w ilości od 25 g do 50 g korzystnie 30 g, syntetyczny proszek diamentowy o granulacji 1000# o koncentracji w przedziale 25÷75 % w odniesieniu do 1cm<sup>3</sup> mieszaniny kompozycji z żywicy poliestrowej.
