Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do zasilania silników spalinowych przez wtrysk skroplonego gazu, zwlaszcza silników tlokowych z zaplonem iskrowym.Znane sa urzadzenia do zasilania tlokowych silników spalinowych przez wtrysk paliwa cieklego do cylindra lub przewodu ssacego silnika za pomoca tloczkowych sekcyjnych pomp wtryskowych, wzglednie za pomoca pomp wtryskowych o dzialaniu ciaglym.Znane sa równiez urzadzenia do zasilania tlokowych silników spalinowych wielocylindrowych przez wtrysk paliwa cieklego l wykorzystaniem cisnienia panujacego w sasiednich cylindrach (wtrysk bezpompowy).Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze w urzadzeniu do zasilania silników spalinowych przez wtrysk skroplonego gazu do przewodu ssacego silnika, zawierajacym wtryskiwacze, zbiornik gazu cieklego oraz przewody paliwowe i zawory zastosowano zbiornik gazu cieklego umieszczony powyzej silnika, zaworem w dól, polaczony poprzez zawór i przewody z wtryskiwaczami, których wyloty znajduja sie w przewodzie ssacym silnika przed zaworami ssacymi lub w cylindrze silnika.Ciekly gaz przeplywa do wtryskiwaczy pod wplywem cisnienia panujacego w butli nad powierzch¬ nia skroplonego gazu.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku pozwala na realizacje zasilania silnika przez wtrysk skroplo¬ nego gazu jako paliwa, bez koniecznosci stosowania kosztownych urzadzen wtryskowych.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przykladzie realizacji na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym przedstawiono schemat urzadzenia do zasilania silników spalinowych przez wtrysk skrop¬ lonego gazu.Butla 1 umieszczona powyzej silnika i skierowana zaworem 2 w dól zawiera skroplony gaz propan — butan. There are also known devices for supplying multi-cylinder piston internal combustion engines by liquid fuel injection using the pressure prevailing in adjacent cylinders (pumpless injection). The essence of the invention consists in the fact that in the device for supplying combustion engines by injection of liquefied gas into the intake conduit the engine containing injectors, a liquid gas tank, fuel lines and valves, a liquid gas tank located above the engine, valve downwards, connected through the valve and pipes with the injectors, the outlets of which are in the suction In front of the intake valves or in the engine cylinder, the liquid gas flows to the injectors under the influence of the pressure prevailing in the cylinder above the surface of the liquefied gas. The device according to the invention enables the engine to be powered by injecting liquefied gas as fuel, without the need to use expensive injection equipment The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an example embodiment in the attached drawing, which shows a diagram of a device for feeding internal combustion engines by injection of liquefied gas. The cylinder 1 located above the engine and directed with the valve 2 downwards contains liquefied propane-butane gas. A steel fuel line 3 is connected to the valve 2, which leads the liquid gas to the injector 4, the outlet of which is located in the suction line of a 5 piston 4-stroke internal combustion engine with spark ignition.
