Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a la prevencion de la inestabilidad del color o el desvanecimiento del color. Esta dirigido al uso de la floretina, un estabilizador de color derivado naturalmente, asi como a un metodo de prevenir la inestabilidad del color o el desvanecimiento del color en una bebida o producto alimenticio coloreado incluyendo dicho estabilizador en dicho producto.
