Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un reactor de tanque agitado para la transferencia de masa gas-liquido en una lechada. El reactor incluye un tanque reactor (1) que tiene un primer volumen (V1), un eje de accionamiento (2) que se extiende verticalmente en el tanque reactor, un motor (3) para girar el eje de accionamiento (2), un impulsor principal (4) que es un impulsor de flujo axial que bombea hacia abajo unido al eje de accionamiento (2) para crear un patron de flujo principal en el tanque reactor, y una entrada de gas (5) dispuesta para suministrar gas en el tanque reactor (1) para que se disperse al liquido. El reactor incluye un aparato mecanico rociador de gas (6) que comprende una camara de dispersion (7) que tiene un segundo volumen (V2) que es sustancialmente menor que el primer volumen (V1) del tanque reactor (1), estando la camara de dispersion dispuesta de forma coaxial con el eje de accionamiento (2), y estando la entrada de gas (5) dispuesta para alimentar gas en la camara de dispersion (7), y medios de mezclado (8, 9. 10, 11, 12) dispuestos dentro de la camara de dispersion(7) para mezclar el gas en el liquido para dispersar el gas en burbujas finas antes que las burbujas entren en el patron de flujo principal.
