Preferably used washing active substances of type B are, among other things, a. sodium tetrapropylene benzene sulphonate, sodium clodecyl benzene sulphonate, sodium pentapropylene benzene sulphonate, sodium lauryl sulphate and sodium oleyl sulphate. The terms "tetrapropylene-benzene" and "pentapropylenebenzene" refer to alkylbenzenes in which! the alkyl groups are derived from propylene tetramers and propylene pentamers.
The presence of another washing active substance B generally has advantages. The ratio A:B is between 1:1 and 1:6, preferably between 1:2 and 1:4, while the total amount of detergent active substance can vary from 5-25 per cent, preferably from 6-20 per cent of the weight of the liquid detergent.
You can also add other common ingredients for detergents such as fatty acid mono- or diethanolamines and optical brighteners and other inorganic salts, whereby it is ensured that the preparations do not contain any ingredients that can react with hydrogen peroxide or catalytically speed up the splitting of this during the prevailing conditions during the product's storage. The preparations must also not contain any sodium silicate.
During the production of the liquid bleaching and washing agent according to the invention, all components can be subjected to an oxidizing pre-treatment, preferably with hydrogen peroxide to ensure that they do not contain any substances that are easily oxidized by hydrogen peroxide. Preferably, however, the detergent according to the invention is prepared from untreated components using a small excess of hydrogen peroxide and the products are allowed to stand for some time, at least a few weeks, until they have become stable with respect to further decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide. The process can be accelerated to a period of a few hours if one adds a small amount of a compound that accelerates the oxidation, e.g. benzoyl or acetyl esters of sodium phenol sulphonate or fatty acid anhydrides, e.g. acetic anhydride or increases the temperature.
The preparations according to the invention can be prepared by simply mixing the ingredients in water. In principle, the main components (a), (b) and (c) can be added in any order, however, as a rule, component (d), i.e. the hydrogen peroxide, is added during the last stage of the mixture.
70—80°C under omrøring. In many cases, however, it has proven to be advantageous to add the components in a specific order, namely as follows: A small amount, e.g. 10 percent of the phosphate to be added is mixed at an elevated temperature, e.g. 50-60°C, with the dirt suspending agent in water. After the liquid has become homogeneous, the main amount of the phosphate is added, e.g. 60 per cent, at a somewhat higher temperature, e.g. 70-80°C with stirring. The detergent active substance A and possibly the detergent active substance B are then added and likewise the fatty acid mono- or diethanolamide, during which the temperature must not drop below 70°C. The rest of the phosphates are then stirred into the mass, after which the liquid is cooled to approx. 50°C. Hydrogen peroxide is added in an excess of approx. 5 per cent in relation to the desired concentration in the finished preparation and then cools to 40°C. After the addition of the oxidation-promoting substance, the liquid is allowed to stand for some time until no further decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide takes place. You can then add the other ingredients such as optical brighteners, fragrances, stabilizers for hydrogen peroxide and possibly colourants. Finally, the liquid is homogenized in a suitable device, e.g. in a colloid mill.
Fortrinnsvis anvender man vaskemiddelet i en fortynning på The products according to the invention are stable, pourable, liquid emulsions, suspensions or coacervates which only slightly separate when the liquid is at rest. When diluted to the concentrations in which these detergents are generally used, clear liquids are obtained. Preferably, the detergent is used in a dilution on
1:60, resp. 1:250, fortrinnsvis fra 1:100 til 1:180. 1:60, resp. 1:250, preferably from 1:100 to 1:180.
In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail in connection with some examples in which all quantities are stated in percentage by weight.
These mixtures were allowed to stand for two hours before the optical brightener and p-oxybenzoic acid were added; no more oxygen was then formed.
