Abstract

There is disclosed a method of producing a solid biomass fuel performed in an unused biomass resource recovery factory installed adjacent to a palm plantation and a palm oil mill, the method comprising the steps of: separating and harvesting fruit bunches and oil palm fronds that grow around the fruit bunches from a palm tree; extracting juice from the oil palm fronds to separate the oil palm fronds into a juice extraction liquid and a first solid residue; producing a biofuel by fermenting the juice extraction liquid; producing a first energy for operation by using the biofuel; producing a fuel pellet by using the first energy for operation as an energy source. the fuel pellet with a moisture content of 12% or less being made of a compression molded body of the first solid residue and subjected to a half carbonization treatment; removing fruits from the fruit bunches to separate the fruit bunches into the fruit and empty fruit bunches obtained by fruit removal; a first oil extraction of extracting oil from the fruit to separate the fruit into a crude palm oil and a second solid residue: separating oil and water by performing oil-water separation after adding water to the crude palm oil to obtain a palm oil: and producing a second energy for operation from the second solid residue. wherein, the second energy for operation is used as an energy source in addition to the first energy for operation in the step of juice extracting, the step of producing a biofuel, the step of producing a first energy, and the step of producing a fuel pellet. among a leaf paii that the palm leaf grows on and a petiole that is formed on a fruit bunch side than the leaf part, the petiole is used as the oil palm fronds in the step of extracting juice, and the leaf part is placed around the palm tree.
