Abstract
La invencion proporciona un aditivo para una bebida. El aditivo comprende una mezcla que contiene una o mas de proteinas normalmente agrias/de sabor acartonado y trehalosa. Aunque el aditivo contiene por lo menos una proteina normalmente agria/ de sabor acartonado, el aditivo tiene inesperadamente un efecto substancialmente neutral de la bebida. La invencion tambien proporciona la simplicidad de procesamiento y almacenamiento la mezcla en forma hidratada. Se deshidrata la mezcla, y despues se vuelve a hidratar antes o durante su adicion a una bebida. La deshidratacion y subsecuente rehidratacion permite el procesamiento, conservacion, manejo y beneficios de almacenamiento sin substancialmente ningun dano a la proteina o al aditivo. La invencion proporciona el aditivo y bebidas que contienen el aditivo. Ademas, la invencion proporciona metodos para preparar el aditivo y metodos para preparar una bebida de sabor.
