Abstract

Un compuesto que tiene la siguiente formula (I) (ver formula (I)): Donde R1 es un anillo heterociclico que contiene N opcionalmente sustituido con uno o mas sustituyentes apropiados, R2 es hidroxiamino, R3 es hidrogeno o un sustituyente apropiado, L1 es -(CH2)n- (donde n es un numero de 0 a 6) opcionalmente sustituido con uno o mas sustituyentes apropiados, donde uno o varios metilenos pueden estar reemplazados con heteroatomos apropiados, y L2 es alquenileno inferior, O una sal del mismo. El compuesto es util como inhibidor de histona desacetilasa.
