Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir un fluido a partir de una formacion de tierra que comprende una primera zona de fluido (21), una segunda zona de fluido (23) que se extiende a una distancia horizontal a partir de la primera zona de fluido y una zona de barrera (25) localizada entre dichas zonas de fluido. El fluido es producido a través de un pozo o sonda de produccion (31) que tiene una entrada de fluido colocada en la primera zona de fluido. El método comprende crear crear una seccion de sondeo inclinada (39) que es parte de una sonda auxiliar (35) formada de dicha formacion terrestre, la seccion de sondeo inclinada se extiende a través de la primera zona de fluido, la zona de barrera y la segunda zona de barrera tal que proporciona una comunicacion del fluido entre dichas zonas de fluido, cerrando la sonda auxiliar en una disposicion seleccionada tal que evita el flujo del fluido desde dichas zonas de fluido a través de la sonda auxiliar a la superficie terrestre, y producir un fluido que fluye desde la segunda zona de fluido vía la seccion de sondeo inclinada hacia la primera zona de fluido y a través de la sonda de produccion.
