Abstract
La presente divulgación generalmente se refiere a un método de adquisición de información, dispositivo y sistema, pertenecientes al campo de llamar y responder; el método comprende: establecer un canal de datos con un sistema de agente de teléfono cuando se realiza una llamada de voz con el sistema de agente de teléfono; adquirir una página de adquisición de información a través del canal de datos; desplegar la página de adquisición de información; y enviar información de retroalimentación al sistema de agente de teléfono a través del canal de datos cuando se recibe la información de retroalimentación en la página de adquisición de información; la presente divulgación es implementada adquiriendo una página de adquisición de información a través de un canal de datos y realizando una encuesta de satisfacción por medio de la página de adquisición de información; de esta manera resolviendo el problema de las tecnologías relacionadas en las cuales se requieren más operaciones de entrada de usuario y que no puede obtener un resultado de encuesta de satisfacción desde una terminal de usuario en caso de un error de entrada de formato de un mensaje de texto de manera que todo el proceso presenta una menor eficiencia de adquisición de información; y por lo tanto logrando el efecto de que el sistema de agente de teléfono pueda adquirir información de retroalimentación siempre y cuando un usuario ejecute una simple operación en la página de adquisición de información.
