Abstract
El alambre de acero especial de alambre de acero y material especial de alambre de acero tiene una composición específica y si la cantidad inclusión C se representa por (% C), si (% C) es 0.35-0.65%, la fracción de volumen de perlita es 64 x (C %) + por lo menos 52%, y si (% C) excede de 0.65%, pero no exceda del 0.85%, la fracción de volumen de perlita es 94-100% y el resto de la estructura se forma a partir de uno o dos tipos de ferrita o bainita pro-eutectoide. Además, en el alambre de acero de acero especial, en la región a una profundidad de 1.0 mm desde la superficie, la fracción de volumen de los bloques de perlita que tienen una relación de aspecto de al menos 2.0 es 70-95% y la fracción de volumen de la perlita para los que el ángulo entre la dirección axial y la dirección lamelar, en una sección transversal paralela a la dirección axial, no es más de 40°C, es de al menos 60% en relación con la perlita total.
