Abstract
Se proporciona una lamina de acero laminada en frio de alta resistencia que tiene una resistencia a la traccion de 980 MPa o mas, alta ductilidad, alta capacidad de ensanchamiento del orificio, y una excelente soldabilidad por resistencia, y un metodo para producir la misma. Una lamina de acero laminada en frio de alta resistencia tiene una composición particular y una microestructura de acero que incluye, en terminos de fraccion de volumen, 35% o menos de ferrita, 1% o mas y 10% o menos de austenita retenida, 2% o mas y 12% o menos de martensita mitigada, y un total de 25% a 70% de bainita y martensita templada. La microestructura del acero satisface: un diametro de grano de cristal promedio de la ferrita: 5.0 µm o menos, un diametro de grano de cristal promedio de la austenita retenida: 2.0 µm o menos, un diametro de grano de cristal promedio de la martensita mitigada: 3.0 µm o menos, un diametro de grano de cristal promedio de la bainita y la fase de martensita templada: 4.0 µm o menos, y una distancia entre granos promedio de la martensita mitigada de 1.0 µm o mas.
