Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona enzimas ß-glucosidasa (BGL) disenada, polipeptidos que tienen actividad BGL y polinucleotidos que codifican estas enzimas, asi como vectores y celulas hospederas que comprenden estos polinucleotidos y polipeptidos; la presente invencion tambien proporciona composiciones que comprenden las enzimas y metodos de uso de las enzimas BGL disenadas para elaborar productos con enlaces de ß-glucosa.
