Abstract

La invención es concerniente con un lubricante de alta temperatura compatible con alimentos, más en particular un aceite de alta temperatura y una grasa de alta temperatura, que comprende los siguientes componentes: a) por lo menos un aceite seleccionado de un éster de ácido trimelítico o una mezcla de diferentes ésteres trimelíticos, alquilaromáticos, preferiblemente un naftaleno alifáticamente sustituido o estólidos; b) un poliisobutileno hidrogenado o completamente hidrogenado o una mezcla de poliisobutileno hidrogenado o completamente hidrogenado y c) aditivos individualmente o en combinación. En el caso de la grasa de alta temperatura, se añade un espesante.
