Abstract

Un asiento para vehículos que comprende una estructura de apoyo (3) y un primer y segundo paneles contorneados (4,5) sujetos a la estructura de apoyo (3) y que definen la porción del asiento y del respaldo del asiento (1) respectivamente. La estructura de apoyo (3) comprende un primer y un segundo miembros de apoyo lateral (6,7) que se extienden a lo largo de los lados opuestos del asiento (1) y se unen entre sí por un travesaño (8) que se extiende a lo largo de la unión entre la parte del asiento y el respaldo. El primer y segundo paneles se cubren con respectivas hojas de recubrimiento flexibles (46,70) que se fijan firmemente a la estructura de apoyo (3). (Fig. 1).
