Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de un fleje (1) de acero, en el cual se cuela primero en una máquina de colada (2) un desbaste plano (3), en donde el desbaste plano (3) sale de la máquina de colada (2) con una velocidad de colada (y) con un espesor de desbaste plano (H) dado, en donde el desbaste plano (3) es laminado a continuación en por lo menos un tren de laminación (4, 5) con un número de cajas de laminación (6, 7) al fleje (1) y en donde el fleje (1) presenta un espesor final (dF) después de la última caja de laminación (6, 7). Para mantener condiciones de procesamiento óptimas y/o poder reaccionar frente a eventos inesperados, la invención prevé los siguientes pasos del procedimiento: a) definir una relación funcional en un control de máquina (8) entre la velocidad de colada (y) o el flujo de masa como producto de la velocidad de colada y el espesor del desbaste plano (v x H) o como producto de la velocidad del fleje y el espesor del fleje y la temperatura del fleje (T) detrás de la última caja de laminación (7), que lamina el fleje (1), para un número variable (n) de cajas de laminación (7) activas y espesores finales diferentes; b) determinar o prefijar la velocidad de colada (v) o el flujo de masa (v x H) e ingresar el valor determinado en el control de la máquina (8); c) determinar automáticamente el número óptimo de cajas de laminación (7) activas y de los espesores finales laminables y reducciones de espesores en el tren de laminación en base a los desarrollos funcionales almacenados según el paso a) en el control de la máquina (8), para alcanzar con la velocidad de colada (y) dada y/o el flujo de masa dado (v x H), una temperatura de fleje (T) deseada detrás de la última caja de laminación activa (7); d) eventualmente atravesar un número de cajas de alimentación (7) del tren de laminación (5), de modo que sólo el número de cajas de laminación (7) determinado de acuerdo con el paso c) está activo.
