Claims (3)
- 연주압연 직결공정의 마무리압연기(finishing mill)에서 스트립(strip)의 미단부가 후단 스탠드(stand)에서 메탈 아웃(metal out)되기 직전에 복수의 스탠드의 롤 간격(roll gap)을 스트립의 진행방향 및 램프(ramp) 도달시간에 따라 순차적으로 크게 하여 스트립 미단부의 압연 두께를 두껍게 하며,
상기 스트립의 미단부가 메탈 아웃될 때, 압연두께를 변경하기 위한 설정 값들을 계산하고, 상기 설정 값들에 따라 각 스탠드의 압연속도를 동시간에 각 스탠드의 동작시간에서 시작과 끝을 동일하게 맞추어서 각 스탠드 간의 장력을 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 2회 이상에 걸쳐 개별적으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마무리압연기에서의 스트립 메탈 아웃(strip metal out) 방법. - 삭제
