Abstract
Un dispositivo de adquisición de muestra para la enumeración volumétrica de trombocitos en una muestra de sangre comprende una cavidad de medición para recibir una muestra de sangre; la cavidad de medición tiene un grosor fijo predeterminado; el dispositivo de adquisición de muestra comprende además un reactivo, el cual está dispuesto en forma seca sobre una superficie que define la cavidad de medición; el reactivo comprende un agente hemolítico para lisar glóbulos rojos en la muestra de sangre, y opcionalmente un agente de tinción para teñir selectivamente trombocitos en la muestra de sangre; un sistema comprende el dispositivo de adquisición de muestra y un aparato de medición; el aparato de medición comprende un soporte de dispositivo de adquisición de muestra, una fuente de luz, y un sistema de formación de imágenes para adquirir una imagen digital de una amplificación de la muestra; el aparato de medición comprende adicionalmente un analizador de imagen dispuesto para analizar la imagen digital adquirida para determinar el número de trombocitos en la muestra de sangre.
