Abstract
La invencion proporciona compuestos de 3-arilamino piridina sustituidos, nuevos sales, solvatos y compuestos profarmacos, farmaceuticamente aceptables de los mismos, en donde W, R1, R2, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14 son como se definieron en la especificacion, tales compuestos son inhibidores de MEK y utiles en el tratamiento de las enfermedades hiperproliferativas tales como cancer, restenosis e inflamacion; tambien se describe el uso de tales compuestos en el tratamiento de las enfermedades hiperprolifertivas en mamiferos especialmente humanos y composiciones farmaceuticas que contienen tales compuestos. (ver formula).
