Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un fundente para soldar las superficies metálicas de un material de aluminio, caracterizado porque consiste esencialmente de una mezcla en partículas de fluoruro de aluminio, fluoruro de potasio, un cloruro seleccionado del grupo que consiste de cloruro de cesio, cloruro de rubidio y mezclas de ellos; de cero a alrededor de 10 por ciento en peso de fluoruro de litio, y la fracción en peso de los fluoruros de aluminio más potasio está entre alrededor de 1/10 y alrededor de 9/10, siendo la relación en peso del fluoruro de aluminio al fluoruro de potasio entre alrededor de 4:1 y 0.4:1.
