Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul medicinei şi poate fi utilizată în practica medicală şi farmaceutică pentru obţinerea unor compoziţii dezinfectante şi bactericide.Procedeul include modificarea prin oxidare a amidonului luatsub formă de suspensie apoasă cu peroxid de hidrogen într-un raport masic al ultimului faţă de amidon de (1,0…6,0) : 50, la pH 4,0…6,5 şi temperatura de 18…38°C în decurs de 20…40 min, apoi la temperatura de 94…98°C până la dizolvarea completă a amidonului, după care soluţia obţinută este tratată la temperatura camerei cu o soluţie apoasă de iod în iodură de potasiu, reieşind din raportul masic iod / amidon (0,7…1,4) :10.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în mărirea stabilităţii chimice a preparatului antiseptic.
