Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé de formule I sous la forme d'un seul stéréoisomère sous forme cristalline, comprenant la déprotection du groupe amine dans un composé de formule IIa ou dans un mélange d'un composé de formule IIa avec un composé de formule IIb et la séparation d'un composé de formule I du mélange réactionnel ; sur des composés et sels de composés de formule I sous forme cristalline ; sur des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant de tels sels ; sur des procédés pour la préparation d'intermédiaires ; et sur des intermédiaires dans un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé de formule I.
