Claims (10)
- 고강력 폴리에스테르 필라멘트를 경사 및 위사로 사용하여 경사 및 위사 밀도가 인치당 5∼20본이 되도록 제직된 직물의 양면에 압출기로 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)15∼94.5중량% 메틸렌 프로필렌 러버 또는 에틸렌을 옥탄 또는 부텐에 공중합한 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 코폴리머의 엘라스토머 5∼60중량%, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE)과 염료 또는 산화티탄(TiO2)을 혼합시켜서 제조된 착색용 마스터 배치 칩 0.5∼15 중량% 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)과 실리카 또는 탄산칼슘(CaC03)을 혼합시켜서 제조한 접착방지용 마스터 배치 칩 0∼10중량%를 블렌딩한 코팅조성물을 도포시킨 후 칼렌더링 로울러(5 및 6)로 압축시킴을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 고강력 폴리에스테르 필라멘트의 섬도가 200∼1,500데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 각 성분을 드라이 블렌딩 또는 멜트 블렌딩 시켜서 제조됨을 특징으로 하느 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 착색용 마스터 배치 칩은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 50∼90중량%와 염료 또는 산화티탄(TiO2) 10∼50중량%를 혼합시켜 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 접착방지마스터 배치 칩은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)50∼90중량%와 실리카 또는 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 10∼50중량%를 혼합시켜 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 코팅 후의 타포린 두께가 300∼900μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 알파 올레핀 코폴리머의 엘라스토머가 에틸렌 프로필렌 러버 이거나, 에틸렌 70∼90중량%와 옥텐 또는 부텐 10∼30중량%의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 코팅조성물을 200∼300℃의 혼련기에서 용융시킨 후 260∼330℃의 압출다이를 통해 고강력 폴리에스테르 직물의 양면에 도포시키고, 칼렌더링 로울러로 압축시킴을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항 또는 8항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 직물의 표면과 접촉하는 압축 로울러(6)의 재질이 실리콘 러버인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.
- 1항 또는 8항에 있어서, 필름상의 코팅 조성물과 접촉하는 칼렌더링 로울러가(5)가 무광 로울러인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 타포린의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
