Claims (5)
- 0.1 내지 30중량부의 에틸렌-알파-올레핀 공중합수지와, 0.1 내지 30중량부의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와, 0.1 내지 39중량부의 범용수지, 및 0.1 내지 30중량부의 무기 충전제를 용융 및 혼합하여 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 형성하는 단계;상기 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 압출하여 섬유코팅용 필름을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 섬유코팅용 필름을 섬유의 원단에 코팅 및 압착하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 포함하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유코팅용 필름에 섬유원단을 코팅하는 단계는 압출드라이 라미네이션 장치로 상기 코팅용필름의 표면에 접착제를 도포 및 건조하는 단계와, 상기 코팅용필름에 섬유의 원단을 도포하는 단계, 및 쇼와경도 60 내지 100인 탄성고무롤과 스틸롤로 구성된 가입장치로 압착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 포함하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 압출하여 섬유코팅용 필름을 형성하는 단계는 상기 섬유코팅용 필름을 롤러로 권취하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 섬유코팅용 필름에 섬유의 원단을 코팅하는 단계는 합치기에서 무광표면처리된 마티크로 엠보싱롤의 온도가 80℃ 내지 120℃로 가열된 탄성고무롤과 무광표면처리된 스틸롤로 이루어진 카랜더롤을 압착시키는 단계와, 상기 압착된 섬유를 권취롤러로 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 포함하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유코팅용 필름을 형성하는 단계와 동시에 섬유원단을 공급하여 다이캐스팅으로 상기 섬유코팅용 필름에 직접 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 포함하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 다이스에 배치하는 단계와, 상기 섬유원단에 접착제를 미리 도포 및 건조하는 단계와, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 다이캐스팅할 때 상기 다이스에서 유출되는 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 원단에 직접 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 포함하는 섬유의 제조방법.
