Abstract

본 발명은 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인(1)에 구비된 휠의 방향을 전환시켜 주기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 크레인은 전동장치(16)를 갖는 전기모터(26)로 구성되어 있으며, 이 전기모터는 전달용 기어로서의 기능을 가지게 된다.크레인의 휠이 방향전환을 하게 되면 이 휠이 방향전환되는 것을 막아주는 잠금장치(15)가 풀리게 되며, 이 크레인은 쌍으로 이루어진 각 휠(4)이 원하는 각도로 전환이 가능할 때까지 전달용 기어에 의하여 조절하게 되고, 이 휠이 방향전환을 막아주는 잠금장치(15)를 잠그게 된다. 쌍으로 구성된 휠 중에서 어느 하나는 크레인의 전달용 기어의 영향을 받게 되고, 이 휠의 다른 하나는 자유롭게 회전가능하도록 구성되어 있다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 서브 새시의 길이방향에서 한쌍의 축이 배치된 상태의 축 장치를 보여주는 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 서브 새시를 구성하는 하나의 휠과 전달용 기어를 나타내는 측면도.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 장치가 크레인이 측방향으로 움직임에 따라 서브새시에 장착된 한쌍의 휠이 움직이는 방향을 보여주는 개략도.
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 장치가 크레인이 길이 방향으로 움직임에 따라 서브 새시에 장착된 한쌍의 휠이 움직이는 방향을 보여주는 개략도.
제6도는 본 발명에 따른 장치가 크레인이 회전가능하도록 움직임에 따라 서브 새시에 장착된 한쌍의 휠이 움직이는 방향을 보여주는 개략도.

Claims (4)

  1. 쌍으로 배치된 휠(4)과, 전달용 기어로서 기능을 갖는 전동장치(16)를 함께 이루어진 전기모터(28)가 구비된 크레인과, 쌍으로 이루어진 휠이 상기 크레인과 전달용 기어의 조작으로 각도 조절을 할수 있는 크레인의 휠(4)을 포함하는 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인의 휠 방향 전환 방법에 있어서, 상기 크레인의 휠이 방향전환을 함에 따라 한쌍의 휠 중에서 어느 하나의 휠(4a)은 전달용 기어의 영향을 받고, 다른 하나의 휠(4a)은 자유롭게 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인의 휠 방향 전환 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크레인은 PLC 컨트롤에 의하여 제어를 받아 검출계가 휠의 전환되는 각도를 계속하여 검출가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인의 휠 방향 전환 방법.
  3. 전동장치와 조합된 전기모터(28)를 포함하는 크레인(1)과, 전달용 기어(16)의 기능을 갖는 전기모터(28)와, 쌍으로 배치된 크레인의 휠이 구비된 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인 휠 방향 전환 장치에 있어서, 상기 각 쌍을 이루는 2개의 휠은 각각 조절휠(4a)과 프리 휠(4b)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인의 휠 방향 전환 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각 쌍의 휠(4)은 전달용 기어(16),(28)과 연결되어 있으면서 방향이 전환되는 것을 막을 수 있도록 밴드 브레이크(15)와 같은 전달용 기어가 구비되어 있어서, 이 전달용 기어는 상기 잠금장치가 잠금위치에 있게 되면 크레인을 휠의 회전방향과 같은 방향으로 회전시키고, 상기 잠금장치가 해제되면 원하는 방향으로 방향전환이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 타이어 휠로 움직이는 크레인의 휠 방향 전환 장치.
