Abstract
환자의 식도 또는 위 안으로 삽입될 수 있는 측정가능한 식도 카테터(10) 또는 청진기(32)는 원심 끝단(14)을 이송시키는 기구부를 갖는 가늘고 길며 유연한 몸체부를 갖는다. 카테터는 환자 안에의 예정된 삽입 깊이에서 기구부의 선택적 위치잡기를 위한 사용자가 눈으로 읽을 수 있는 일련의 단계부(160)을 갖는다. 단계부는 환자의 신장, 몸무게, 몸체 표면적으로 눈금 조정된다. 단계부는 몸체부(12)상에 프린트되어 있고, 몸체부는 투명하며, 단계부는 투명부를 통하여 눈으로 읽을 수 있도록 내부의 부재상에서 이송된다.

Claims (11)
- 결정가능한 신장을 가진 관련된 환자의 식도로 삽입되는 측정가능한 식도 카테터에 있어서, 기부(proximal)의 끝단과 원심 끝단을 갖는 가늘고 길며 유연한 몸체부와, 상기 원심 끝단을 이송하는 기구부를 포함하며, 상기 원심 끝단이 환자의 식도로 삽입되고, 상기 몸체부가 환자 안에서의 예정된 삽입 깊이에서 상기 원심 끝단의 선택적으로 위치잡기를 할 수 있도록 눈으로 읽을 수 있는 일련의 단계부를 가지며, 상기 단계부가 환자에게 선택된 변수로 눈금 조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계부가 환자의 신장까지 눈금 조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계부가 상기 몸체부상에 프린트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 투명하며, 내부에서 세로로 확장된 부재를 포함하며, 상기 부재가 상기 단계부를 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기구부가 페이싱을 위해 전도성 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기구부가 적어도 한개의 페이싱 전극, 청각적 인풋(input) 포트(port) 그리고 초음파 심장 검진법 전도체를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계부가 약 40㎝에서 약 200㎝의 영역에서의 환자의 신장과, 환자 안으로 삽입된 관련된 예정 삽입 깊이가 눈금 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기구부가 제1 및 제2이격 공간 전극과 심장벽과 호흡 소리를 추적하기 위한 청각적 인풋 포트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택된 변수가 환자의 몸무게와 몸체 표면적 중의 하나에 기초하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기구부가 2개 또는 2 이상의 모니터링 혹은 페이싱 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정한 가능한 식도 카테터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 적어도 한자의 위 안으로 삽입될 수 있는 원심 끝단이 있는 코-위 튜브부분으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 측정가능한 식도 카테터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
