Abstract

본 발명은 중합체 수지 결합체 및 광학적 가변성의 박막 이색성 안료 플레이
크로 구성된 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 안료 플레이크로는, 제1 및 제2의 평행한 평면중 가진 금속 반사층; 및 상기 제1 및 제2의 평행한 평면중 한 면이상에 위치하는 하나이상의 투명한 유전층으로 구성된 다층 박막간섭 면구조를 갖는다. 코팅 조성물은 또한 광학적 가변성의 박막 필름 안료의 이색중 한색과 동일한 간섭색을 가지는 간섭 마이카 안료를 추가로 포함한다. 이 코팅 조성물은 각종 코팅, 특히 자동차 산업에 사용되는 것과 같은 컬러 포함-플러스-클리어 합성 코팅을 제조하는데 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. 중합체 수지 결합체: 광학적 가변성(optically-variable) 박막의 이핵성 안료 플레이크: 및 추가로 광학적 가변석 박막 안료의 이색의 색상중 한색과 유사한 간섭색을 갖는 간섭 마이카(mica) 안료를 함유하는 코팅 조성물로서, 안료 플레이크는 제1 및 제2의 평핸한 평면을 잦는 금속 반사층 및 상기 제1 및 제2의 평면중 하나 이상의 표면상에 위치하는 하나이상의 투명 유전층을 포함하는 다층 박막 간섭 구조를 갖는 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다층 박막 간섭 구조가, 제1 및 제2의 평면 모두에 위치하는 투명 유전층을 한층이상 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다층 박막 간섭 구조가, 상기 제1 및 제2의 평면중 한면 이상에 위치하는 반투명 금속층을 한충이상 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 다층 박막 간섭 구조가, 제1 및 제2의 평면 모두에 위치하는 반투명 금속층을 한층이상 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2의 평면의 각면의 층 구조가 서로 대칭인 코팅 성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서. 다층 박막 간섭구조가, 굴절 계수가 1.65 또는 그 미만인 하나이상의 투명 유전층을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서. 다층 박막 간섭구조가, 굴절 계수가 1.65또는 그 미만인 하나이상의 투명 유전층을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 광학적 가변성 박막 안료 플레이크가, 다층 박막 간섭 구조의 층을 가요성 웨브상에 코팅하는 단계: 다층 코팅에서 웨브를 분리시킴으로써 다층 박막 간섭구조의 플레이크를 생성시키는 단계: 및 소정의 평균 입자 크기 및 입자크기 분포를 얻기 위해 플레이크를 가공하는 단계를 통해 제조되는 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 마이카가 금속 산화물로 캡슐화된 마이카 입자인 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물이 산화철인 코팅 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 이산화티탄인 코팅 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 가변성 안료와 상기 간섭 마이카의 배합물과 결합체가 0.10:1 내지 0.40:1의 안료:결합제 비율로 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 마이카가 조성물중 안료 총 중량의 1 내지 40%를 구성하는 코팅 조성물
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 마이카가 조성물중 안료 총 중량의 1 내지 15%를 구성하는 코팅 조성물
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 흑색 안료를 추가로 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 흑색 안료가 조성물 중 안료 총 중략의 5% 또는 그 미만을 구성하는 코팅 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 마이카가 조성물중 안료 총 중량의 1 내지 55%를 구성하는 코팅 조성물
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 마이카가 조성물중 안료 총 중량의 1 내지 40%를 구성하는 코팅 조성물
  19. 제1항의 코팅 조성물 층을 표면상에 가진 기재를 포함하는 코팅.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물 층이 컬러-플러스-클리어(color-plus-clear)의 합성 코팅으로 이루어진 컬러층인 코팅
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 기재가 자동차 본체 판넬인 코팅
