Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 배기가스 후처리장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 엔진시동 초기의 일정시간동안 촉매 컨버터 전면의 배기 파이프내로 수소와 공기를 분사하여 그 혼합기에 불꽃방전을 시켜줌으로서 배기가스를 일차 산화시켜줌과 동시에 그 발생열로 배기계를 촉매활성화 온도로 조기상승시켜 엔진 시동초기에 배기가스의 정화를 효율적으로 행하도록한 차량의 배기가스 후처리장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 예시도면 제2도 내지 제4도와 같이, 본 발명은 촉매 컨버터(10)전방의 배기파이프(12)에 파이프라인(18)(20)으로 연결된 수소저장 탱크(14)와 2차 에어펌프(16), 그 파이프라인(18)에 장착된 솔레노이드 밸브(22), 상기 파이프라인(20)에 장착된 온오프 밸브(32), 촉매 컨버터(10)의 선단에 장착된 점화 플러그(30) 및 촉매(24)(26)사이에 탄화수소 트랩(28)이 삽입된 촉매 컨버터로 구성된 차량의 배기가스 후처리장치이다.

제1도는 종래 차량의 배기계를 나타낸 예시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 후처리장치를 나타낸 예시도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 촉매 컨버터의 요부 절개 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 후처리장치의 회로도이다.

- 촉매 컨버터(10)전방의 배기파이프(12)에 파이프라인(18)(20)으로 연결된 수소저장 탱크(14)와 2차 에어펌프(16), 그 파이프라인(18)에 장착된 솔레노이드 밸브(22), 상기 파이프라인(20)에 장착된 온오프 밸브(32), 촉매 컨버터(10)의 선단에 장착된 점화 플러그(30) 및 촉매(24)(26)사이에 탄화수소 트랩(28)이 삽입된 촉매 컨버터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 후처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
