Abstract
본 발명의 과제는 내연 기관에 있어서, 촉매 가열 수단을 기동시킴으로써 촉매의 과열을 방지하기 위한 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 내연 기관의 실제 스타트 후에 있어서의 적어도 하나의 촉매 가열 수단에 의한 촉매의 가열 제어 방법에 있어서, 실제 스타트 전의 내연 기관의 최후 정지 시에 내연 기관이 아직 저온 상태였을 때만 적어도 하나의 촉매 수단이 기동된다.

제1도는 각종 센서와 조작단 및 제어 장치를 구비한 내연 기관에 대한 본 발명의 기술적 주변도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 방법의 일 실시 태양의 흐름도.
Claims (6)
- 실제 스타트 전의 내연 기관의 최후 정지 시에 내연 기관이 아직 저온 상태였을 때에만 적어도 하나의 촉매 가열 수단이 기동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 실제 스타트 후에 있어서의 적어도 하나의 촉매 가열 수단에 의한 촉매의 가열 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내연 기관의 냉각 매체 및/또는 윤활 매체의 온도가 각각 소정치 이하에 있을 때 내연 기관이 저온 상태인 것으로 간주되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 가열수단으로서, 점화 지연, 혼합물의 농후화 및 2차공기의 취입 중 적어도 하나의 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내연 기관의 정지 시에 내연 기관의 온도에 대한 척도가 측정되고, 이 온도에 관한 정보가 기억되며, 이에 의해 내연 기관의 실제 스타트 시에 상기 정보가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정보가, 내연기관의 정지 시의 온도가 소정의 한계치를 초과하고 있는지 또는 밑돌고 있는 지에 관한 정보로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 내연 기관의 스타트 후, 촉매의 전방에 2차 공기를 공급함과 동시에 내연 기관으로의 공급 혼합물을 농후화시켜 촉매 내에 발열 반응을 발생시킴으로 인한 내연 기관의 배기 가스 내의 촉매의 가열 제어 방법에 있어서, 내연 기관의 1회 째의 스타트 후, 내연 기관 또는 배기 장치의 범위 내의 온도가 소정의 한계치를 초과했을 때에만, 내연 기관의 2회 째의 스타트 후에 발열 반응이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스내의 촉매의 가열 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
