Abstract

1. 청구 범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야 :
주파수 변환기에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제 :
위상동기 회로의 피드백으로 인하여 고도로 안정된 주파수를 얻어내는 주파수 변환기를 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지 :
주파수 변환기는 국부발진기와, 상기 국부발진기에서 출력되는 주파수와 피드백 주파수를 혼합하여 혼합주파수를 출력하는 주파수혼합기와, 인가되는 상기 혼합주파수를 필터링하여 출력하는 제1필터기와, 입력주파수를 입력하여 상기 입력주파수와 상기 제1필터기의 출력주파수의 위상차에 대응할 수 있는 전압을 출력하는 위상비교기와, 상기 위상비교기의 출력을 입력하여 직류전압으로 변환하는 동시에 잡음성분을 제거하는 제2필터기와, 상기 제2필터기의 출력전압을 제어전압으로 입력하여 상기 제어전압에 따른 상기 피드백 주파수를 발생시켜 출력단으로 출력하는 전압제어발진기로 구성한다.

주파수 혼합기를 포함하고 있는 위상동기회로를 이용하여 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위해 이를 구현한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 주파수 변환기의 일실시예를 부여주는 도면, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 주파수 변환기의 또다른 실시예를 보여주는 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 주파수 변환기에 있어서 국부발진기와, 상기 국부발진기에서 출력되는 주파수와 피드백 주파수를 혼합하여 혼합주파수를 출력하는 주파수혼합기와, 인가되는 상기 혼합주파수를 필터링하여 출력하는 제1필터기와, 입력주파수를 입력하여 상기 입력주파수와 상기 제1필터기의 출력주파수의 위상차에 대응할 수 있는 전압을 출력하는 위상비교기와, 상기 위상비교기의 출력을 입력하여 직류전압으로 변환하는 동시에 잡음성분을 제거하는 제2필터기와, 상기 제2필터기의 출력전압을 제어전압으로 입력하여 상기 제어전압에 따른 상기 피드백 주파수를 발생시켜 출력단으로 출력하는 전압제어발진기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위한 주파수변환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압제어발진기의 출력을 증폭하여 출력하는 증폭기가 더 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위한 주파수변환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1필터기의 출력 주파수와 상기 입력주파수가 동일할때 락킹됨을 특징으로 하는 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위한 주파수변환기.
  4. 주파수 변환기에 있어서, 채널을 선택하기 위한 데이타신호 및 클럭신호 및 동작신호에 의해 인가되는 기준주파수와 제1피드백 주파수를 비교하여 그에 상응하는 직류전압으로 변환하는 위상동기루프장치와, 상기 위상동기루프장치의 출력전압에 의해 제어되어 소정의 발진주파수로 출력하는 제1전압제어발진기와, 상기 제1전압제어발진기의 출력을 분주한 상기 제1피드백 주파수를 상기 위상동기루프장치로 출력하는 분주기와, 상기 제1전압제어발진기의 출력된 주파수와 제2피드백 주파수를 혼합하여 혼합주파수를 출력하는 주파수혼합기와, 상기 혼합주파수를 필터링하여 출력하는 제1필터기와, 입력주파수를 입력하여 상기 입력주파수와 상기 제1필터기의 출력주파수의 위상차에 대응할 수 있는 전압을 출력하는 위상비교기와, 상기 위상비교기의 출력을 입력하여 직류전압으로 변환하는 동시에 잡음성분을 제거하는 제2필터기와, 상기 제2필터기의 출력전압을 제어전압으로 입력하여 상기 제어전압에 따른 상기 제2피드백 주파수를 발생시켜 출력하는 제2전압제어발진기와, 상기 제2전압제어발전기의 출력을 증폭하여 출력하는 증폭기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위한 주파수변환기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기준주파수는 10MHZ이며, 상기 제1전압제어발진기의 출력주파수는 917MHZ∼950MHZ이며, 상기 입력주파수는 10.0125MHZ이며, 상기 제2피드백주파수는 928MHZ∼960MHZ임을 특징으로 하는 안정된 주파수를 얻기 위한 주파수 변환기.
