Abstract

본 발명은 상대측 부품의 일부를 수납하는 리셉터클(16) 및 내부에 단자를 수납하는 다수의 단자 수납 공동을 갖는 절연 하우징(12)를 포함하는 상대측 부품을 결합하는 전기 커넥터(13)에 관한 것이다. 다수의 일반적으로 평평한 단자(1)는 소정의 두께의 금속 시트 재질로부터 스탬핑되며, 각 단자는 스탬핑되는 금속 시트 재질의 두께와 일반적으로 동일한 소정의 두께(t)를 갖는다. 각 단자는 공동들 중 하나에 장착된다, 단자(1)들은 단자의 면에서 평행한 기부 폭(B)을 갖는 일반적으로 강성 기부(3)와, 하우징 내에 단자를 고정하는 유지부(6)와, 기부로부터 연장된 L형 접점부를 포함한다, L형 접점부는 연결부(4)에서 연결된 제1 및 제2 레그부를 포함한다, 제1 레그부(2)는 단자의 면에서 평행한 제1 폭(A)을 가지며 상기 상대측 부품의 도전성 부분을 접하는 접점부(5)를 포함한다, 제2 레그부는 상기 기부로부터 연장되며, 연결부는 단자의 면에서 평행한 연결부 폭(C)를 갖는다. 기부 폭 및 제1 폭은 단자의 두께보다 크며 연결부 폭은 단자의 두께보다 작다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상대측 부품과 결합되는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 상대측 부품의 일부늘 수납하는 리셉터클 및 내부에 단자를 수납하는 다수의 단자 수납 공동을 갖는 절연 하우징과, 소정 두게의 금속 시트 재질로부터 스탬핑되어 스탬핑되는 금속 시트 재질의 두께와 일반적으로 동일한 소정의 두께를 각각 가지며 상기 공동 중 하나의 공동에 각각 장착되는 일반적으로 평평한 다수의 도전성 단자를 포함하며; 상기 단자는 상기 단자의 면에서 평행한 기부 폭을 갖는 일반적으로 강성 기부와, 상기 기부로부터 연장된 납땜 후미부와, 상기 하우징 내에 단자를 고정하는 유지부와, 상기 기부로부터 연장된 L형 접점부를 포함하며; 상기 L형 접점부는 상기 단자의 면에서 평행한 연결 폭을 갖는 연결부에서 연결된, 상기 단자의 면에서 평행한 제1폭을 가지며 상기 상대측 부품의 도전성 부분을 접하는 접점부를 포함하는 제1 레그부 및 상기 기부로부터 연장된 제2 레그부를 포함하며; 상기 기부 폭 및 상기 제1폭은 상기 단자의 상기 두께보다 크며 상기 연결부 폭은 상기 단자의 상기 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 길며, 일반적으로 하우징의 종방향 축에 평행하게 연장된 한 쌍의 부품 수납 슬롯 및 각 슬롯에 인접하여 내부에 단자를 갖는 다수의 단자 수납 공동을 포함하며, 상기 단자의 접점부가 상기 슬롯 내로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지부는 상기 기부로부터 연장된 일반적으로 강성 유지 아암을 포함하며 상기 접점부는 유지 아암을 향해 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점부에서 상기 접점 아암의 면들은 단이 형성되어 접점부의 두께는 단자의 상기 소정의 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 상대측 짝 단수의 다수의 근접 이격된 단자 중 하나의 단자를 접하도록 되어 미세 피치를 필요로 하는 인쇄 회로 기판 장착 전기 커넥터에 장착하기 위한 전기 단자에 있어서, 상기 단자는 일반적으로 U형이며, 일반적으로 강성 유지 아암과 일반적으로 강성 기부에 의해 유지 아암에 연결된 가요성 접점 아암을 포함하며; 상기 접점 아암은 U형 단자의 면에 일반적으로 수직한 방향으로 소정의 두께를 가지며 상기 유지 아암을 향해 돌출되어 상기 하나의 단자를 결합하는 접점부를 구비하며; 상기 돌출된 접점부에서 상기 접점 아암의 면들은 단이 형성되어 접점부의 두께가 접점 아암의 상기 소정 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접점 아암은 U형 단자의 면에서 일반적으로 평행한 방향으로 접점 아암의 상기 소정의 두께보다 큰 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기부는 U형 단자의 면에서 일반적으로 평행한 방향으로 접점 아암의 상기 소정의 두께 보다 큰 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접점 아암은 U형 단자의 면에서 일반적으로 평행한 방향으로 상기 접점 아암의 상기 소정의 두께보다 작은 폭을 갖는 연결부에서 상기긱부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 단자는 금속 시트 재질로부터 스탬핑되어 면들 및 엣지들이 한정되며, 상기 접점 아암의 돌출된 접점부가 스탬핑된 금속 시트 재질의 엣지에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
