Abstract

본 발명은 (i) 겔화 및 고정될 수 있는 프라이머, (ⅱ) 접착제 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체로 구성된 금속표면용 코팅(이중, 상기 접착제는 촉매를 함유한다), 상기 표면 코팅으로 처리된 금속제품, 특히 파이프, 및 표면코팅의 도포방법을 제공한다.

Claims (23)

  1. 하기로 구성된 금속표면용 코팅: (i) 겔화 및 고정될 수 있는 프라이머; (ⅱ) 접착제; 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체; 이중, 상기 접착제는 촉매를 함유한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 하기로부터 선택된 기능성 단량체로의 그라프트화 또는 공중합화에 의해 기능화된 중합체인 코팅 : (i) 불포화 카르복실산, (ⅱ) 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물, (ⅲ) 상기 산 또는 무수물의 유도체, 또는 (ⅳ) 불포화 에폭시화물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 접착제가 에틸렌, 및 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르, 포화 카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르,및 알파-올레핀으로부터 선택된 임의 1종 이상의 단량체의 공중합체로서, 상기 기능성 단량체가 공중합하되는 코팅.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 에틸렌/C1-C4 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물 삼원공중합체인 코팅.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 말레산 무수물로 그라프트화된 폴리에틸렌, 또는 말레산 무수물로 그라프트화된 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 접착제 중량을 기준으로 0.005중량% 내지 2.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 코팅.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅을 사용하여 표면이 코팅된 금속제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 금속튜브로 구성된 제품.
  12. 하기로 구성된 단계로 이루어진 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅의 도포방법 : (i) 프라이머의 도포; (ⅱ) 접착제의 도포; 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체의 도포.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 프라이머가 겔화된 후, 프라이머가 고정되기 전에 접착제를 도포하는 방법.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 접착제 중량을 기준으로 0.005중량% 내지 2.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 코팅.
  15. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
  16. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
  17. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
  18. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
  19. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
  20. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
  21. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
  22. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
  23. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
