Abstract
본 발명은 (i) 겔화 및 고정될 수 있는 프라이머, (ⅱ) 접착제 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체로 구성된 금속표면용 코팅(이중, 상기 접착제는 촉매를 함유한다), 상기 표면 코팅으로 처리된 금속제품, 특히 파이프, 및 표면코팅의 도포방법을 제공한다.

Claims (23)
- 하기로 구성된 금속표면용 코팅: (i) 겔화 및 고정될 수 있는 프라이머; (ⅱ) 접착제; 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체; 이중, 상기 접착제는 촉매를 함유한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 하기로부터 선택된 기능성 단량체로의 그라프트화 또는 공중합화에 의해 기능화된 중합체인 코팅 : (i) 불포화 카르복실산, (ⅱ) 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물, (ⅲ) 상기 산 또는 무수물의 유도체, 또는 (ⅳ) 불포화 에폭시화물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접착제가 에틸렌, 및 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르, 포화 카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르,및 알파-올레핀으로부터 선택된 임의 1종 이상의 단량체의 공중합체로서, 상기 기능성 단량체가 공중합하되는 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 에틸렌/C1-C4 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물 삼원공중합체인 코팅.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 말레산 무수물로 그라프트화된 폴리에틸렌, 또는 말레산 무수물로 그라프트화된 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 접착제 중량을 기준으로 0.005중량% 내지 2.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅을 사용하여 표면이 코팅된 금속제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 금속튜브로 구성된 제품.
- 하기로 구성된 단계로 이루어진 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅의 도포방법 : (i) 프라이머의 도포; (ⅱ) 접착제의 도포; 및 (ⅲ) 열가소성 중합체의 도포.
- 제12항에 있어서, 프라이머가 겔화된 후, 프라이머가 고정되기 전에 접착제를 도포하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 접착제 중량을 기준으로 0.005중량% 내지 2.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 코팅.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 DABCO 및 M2ID인 코팅.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머가 에폭시 프라이머인 코팅.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 코팅.
