Claims (6)
- ⑴ 염소화폴리올레핀에 비닐중합성모노모를 그라프트중합하므로서 얻게되고, 염소화폴리올레핀에 그라프트한 비닐중합체주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 수산기를 가진 그라프트부분에 함유하는 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지로서, 그 산가가 5~30mgKOH/g이고, 상기 그라프트부의 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -20~30℃이며, 상기 그라프트부분이 50~95중량%이며, 또한 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지의 제조에 사용한 염소화폴리올레핀이 5~50중량%인 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지, 40~90중량%와, ⑵ 중량평균분자량이 3,000~20,000을 가진 메틸롤형 및/또는 이미노형의 멜라민수지, 60~10중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지성형품의 도료용 수지조성물.
- ⑴ 염소화폴리올레핀에 비닐중합성모노머를 그라프트중합하므로서 얻게되고, 염소화폴리올레핀에 그라프트한 비닐중합체주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 수산기를 가진 그라프트부분에 함유하는 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지로서, 그 산가가 5~30mgKOH/g이고, 상기 그라프트부의 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -20~30℃이며, 상기 그라프트부분이 50~95중량%이며, 또한 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지의 제조에 사용한 염소화폴리올레핀이 5~50중량%인 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지와, ⑵ 중량평균분자량이 3,000~20,000을 가진 메틸롤형 및/또는 이미노형의 멜라민수지를, 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지⑴와 상기 멜라민수지⑵와의 합계량에 대해서, 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지⑴가 40~90중량%, 상기 멜라민수지⑵ 가 60~10중량%가 되는 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지성형품의 도료조성물.
- ⑴ 6~18원자의 직사슬상 또는 분기상의 알콜잔기에 유래되는 탄소사슬을 가진 (메타)아크릴레이트모노머, 5~40중량%를 중합해서 얻게된 비닐중합수지로서, 상기 비닐중합수지의 주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 1급수산기를 0.8~1.5몰/㎏ 수지함유하고, 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -15~10℃인 비닐중합수지, 50~90중량%화, ⑵ 메틸롤형, 완전알콜시형 및/또는 이미노형멜라민수지, 50~10중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지성형품의 도료용수지조성물.
- ⑴ 6~18원자의 직사슬상 또는 분기상의 알콜잔기에 유래되는 탄소사슬을 가진 (메타)아크릴레이트모노머, 5~40중량%를 중합해서 얻게된 비닐중합수지로서, 상기 비닐중합수지의 주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 1급수산기를 0.8~1.5몰/㎏ 수지함유하고, 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -15~10℃인 비닐중합수지와, ⑵ 메틸롤형, 완전알콕시형 및/또는 이미노형멜라민수지를, 상기 비닐중합수지⑴ 및 상기 멜라민수지⑵의 합계량에 대해서, 상기 비닐중합수지⑴가, 50~90중량%, 상기 멜라민수지⑵가 50~10중량%가 되는 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지성형품의 도료조성물.
- 폴리올레핀계수지성형품에 도료조성물(A)을 직접 도장하고, 베이킹을 행하는 일없이, 그위에 도료조성물(B)을 도장하고, 이어서 베이킹을 행하는 방법으로서, 상기 도료조성물(A)이, ⑴ 염소화폴리올레핀에 비닐중합성모노머를 그라프트중합하므로서 얻게되고, 염소화폴리올레핀에 그라프트한 비닐중합체주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 수산기를 가지는 그라프트부분을 함유하는 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지로서, 그 산가가 5~3㎎KOH/g이고, 상기 그라프트부의 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -20~30℃이고, 상기 그라프트부분이 50~95중량%이고, 또한 상기 그라프트화 염화폴리올레핀수지의 제조에 사용한 염소화폴리올레핀이 5~50중량%인 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지와, ⑵ 중량평균분자량이 3,000~20,000을 가진 메틸롤형 및/또는 이미노형의 멜라민수지를, 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지⑴와 상기 멜라민수지⑵와의 합계량에 대해서, 상기 그라프트화염소화폴리올레핀수지⑴가, 40 ~90중량%, 상기 멜라민수지⑵가, 60~10중량%가 되는 양으로 함유하고, 한편, 도료조성물(B)가,⑴ 6~18원자의 직사슬상 또는 분기상의 알콜잔기에 유래되는 탄소사슬을 가진(메타)아크릴레이트모노머, 5~40중량%를 중합해서 얻게된 비닐중합수지로서, 상기 비닐중합수지의 주사슬로부터 15~40원자 떨어진 위치에 1급수산기를 0.8~1.5몰/kg 수지함유하고, 계산상의 유리전이온도가 -15~10℃인 비닐중합수지와, ⑵메틸롤형, 완전알콕시형 및/또는 이미노형 멜라민수지를, 상기 비닐중합수지⑴와 상기 멜라민수지⑵와의 합계량에 대해서, 상기 비닐중합수지⑴가50~90중량%, 상기 멜라민수지⑵가 50~10중량%가 되는 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도장을 직접 폴리올레핀계수지성형품의 표면에 행하고 또한 베이킹을 90~140℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
