Abstract

Claims (42)

  1. 비간섭성 전자기 에너지의 적어도 하나의 펄스를 생성시키고; 비간섭성 전자기 에너지를 조긱의 표면에 커플링시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 다수의 모낭을 포함하는 조직 영역으로부터 모를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성 단계가 섬광등을 펄스시켜 10 내지 100J/㎤정도의 에너지를 작용럭을 갖는 펄스를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 섬광등의 투명 윈도우를 포함하는 하우징에 위치하고, 커플링단계가 윈도우 및 조직 표면에 위치한 겔을 통해서 에너지를 조직으로 반사시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 커플링 단계가 윈도우를 겔과 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 커플링 단계가 전자기 에너지의 각 분산을 조절하고, 이에 따라 조직으로의 침투 깊이, 및 모 및 모낭과의 커플링이 조절되는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 방법의 각 단계를 적어도 2회 반복하고, 적어도 2개의 각 분산을 사용하며 이에 따라 적어도 2개의 침투 깊이가 수득되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 생성 단계가 전자기 에너지의 여과 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 여과 단계가 처리조직의 색소침착 수준에 따른 전자기 에너지의 여과 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 여과 단계가 550nm 미만, 1300nm 이상의 파장을 갖는 에너지의 여과 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 550nm 미만, 1300nm 이상의 파장을 갖는 에너지의 여과 단계가 실질적으로 이러한 모든 에너지를 여과함을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 생성단계가 200msec 미만의 폭을 갖는 적어도 하나의 펄스를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 생성단계가 펄스간의 10 내지 100msec 정도의 지연을 갖는 다수의 펄스를 생성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 조직에서의 에너지 면적이 적어도 2㎤인 방법.
  14. 비간섭성 전자기 에너지를 조직의 표면으로 향하게 하도록 배치될수 있는 커플러를 포함하는 하우징내에 위치되어 있는, 펄스된 비간섭성 전자기 에너지원을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 다수의 모낭을 포함하는 조직 영역으로부터 모들 제거하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 공급원이 10 내지 100J/㎤ 정도의 에너지 작용력을 갖는 펄스를 생성할 수 있는 섬광동 및 펄스 생성 회로를 호함하는 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 하우징이 반사성 인테리어 및 투명 윈도우를 포함하고, 에너지가 커플러를 통해 윈도우로 반사되고, 또한 겔이 조직 표면에 배치되며 윈도우가 겔과 접촉되는 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 커플러가 테이퍼 커플러인 장치.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 공급원과 조직 사이에 배치된 밴드-패스 전자기 필터를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 공급원과 조직 사이에 배치될 수 있는 다수의 밴드-패스 전자기 필터를 추가로 포함하고, 필터를 통해 통과하는 에너지의 파장이 처리조직의 색소침착 수준을 기준으로 하도록 필터가 선택되는장치.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 필터가 550nm 내지 1300nm의 파장을 갖는 에너지를 통과시키는 장치.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 생성단계가 200msec 미만의 폭을 갖는 펄스 공급원인 장치.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 공급원이 펄스간의 10 내지 100msec 정도의 지연을 갖는 펄스 공급원인 장치.
  23. 제14항에 있어서, 조직에서의 에너지 면적이 적어도 2㎤인 장치
  24. 전자기 에너지의 적어도 하나의 펄스를 생성시키고; 모낭에 인접하지 않고, 또한 조직을 냉각시키는 켈을 조직 표면상에 제공한 다음; 전자기 에너지를 조직 표면에 커플링시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다수의 모낭을 포함하는 조직 영역으로부터 모를 제거하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 생성 단계가 섬광등을 펄스시켜 10 내지 100J/㎤ 정도의 에너지 작용력을 갖는 펄스를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 성광등이 투명 윈도우를 포함하는 하우징에 위치되고, 커플링 단계가 에너지를 켈을 통해 조직을 반사시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 커플링 단계가 전자기 에너지의 각분산 조절을 포함하고, 이에 따라 조직으로서의 침투깊이, 및 모 및 모낭과의 커플링이 조절되는 방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 방법의 각 단계를 적어도 2회 반복하고 적어도 2개의 각분산을 사용하며, 이에 따라 적어오 2개의 침투 깊이가 수득되는 방법.

  36. 펄스된 전자기 에너지원; 모낭에 인접하고 않고 또한 조직을 냉각시키는, 조직 표면에 배치된 겔; 및 전자기 에너지를 조직 표면과 커플링시키는, 공급원과 표면 사이에 배치된 커플러로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다수의 모낭을 포함하는 조직 영역으로부터 모를 제거하는 장치.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 공급원잉 10 내지 100J/㎤ 정도의 에너지 작용력을 갖는 펄스를 생성할 수 있는 펄스된 섬광등인 장치.
  38. 제37항에 있어서, 섬광등이 투명 윈도우를 포함하는 하우징에 위치되고, 하우징이 반사성 인테리어를 포함하는 장치.
  39. 제38항에 있어서, 커플러의 형태가 전자기 에너지의 각분산을 결정하고, 이에 따라 조직으로서의 침투 깊이, 및 모 및 모낭과의 커플링이 조절되는 장치.
  40. 제37항에 있어서, 공급원과 표면 사이에 배치된 빈드-패스 필터를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
  41. 제39항에 있어서, 밴드-패스 필터가 550nm 내지 1300nm의 파장을 갖는 에너지를 통과시키는 장치.
