Claims (9)
- 제1에서 제2의 높은 dc 전압으로 변환하고, 저측 공통 버스로 기준화된 비교적 높은 dc 전압을 공급하는 포지티브 입력 dc 버스와, 상기 공통 버스로 기준화된 저전압 전원에 의해 전력을 공급받는 모놀리식 게이트 드라이버 회로와, 인덕트 및 상기 입력 dc 버스와 상기 인덕터 사이에서 연결되어, 부하 구동출력단자로 전류를 인도하며, 게이트 단자를 포함하는 스위칭소자와, 상기 스위칭소자의 게이트 단자를 구동하는 게이트 구동출력을 포함하고, 그 트리거링 전극에 인가되는 드리거링 신호에 의해 트리거될 때, 그 게이트 구동출력에 액티브인동안 그에 따른 예정된 고유 지연시간을 가지는 모놀리식 게이트 드라이버 회로와, 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로의 상기 트리거링 전극에 연결되어, 게이트 구동출력이 상기 고유 지연시간의 지속주기동안 턴온되고 제어되는 가변 시간주기 동안 턴오프되도록 하기 위하여 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로를 제어하고, 상기 부하 구동 출력단자의 전압이 사실상 일정한, 예정된 값으로 유지되도록 하기 위하여 가변되는 전력 조절회로를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로는 상기 저전압 전원을 수신하고 상기 입력 dc 버스와 상기 Vcc단자사이에 연결된 제1저항을 포함하는 Ⅴcc단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Vcc단자에 부가 전류를 공급하기 위하여, 상기 Ⅴcc단자와 상기 부하 구동출력사이에연결되는 다이오드와 저2저항을 포함하는 제1직력접속 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅴcc단자를 예정된 클램핑 전압으로 유지하기 위하여 상기 공통 버스와 상기 Vcc단자사이에 접속되는 전압 클램핑 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전압 클램핑 회로는 제너 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모놀리식 게이트 드라이버 회로의 상기 트리거링 전극은 각각의 저항과 각각의 다이오드로 이루어진 제2직렬접속 회로를 경유하여 상기 부하 구동출력 단자에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제2항에 있어서, 한편으로는 상기 스위칭소자와 상기 인턱터 사이에 연결된 프리휠링 다이오드를 포함하고, 다른 한편으로는 공통 버스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프리휠링 다이오드의 캐소드와 상기 모놀리식 게이트 드라이버 회로의 상기 트리거링 전극 사이에 연결된 각각의 저항과 각각의 다이오드를 포함하는 제3직렬접속 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 모놀리식 게이트 드라이버 회로의 상기 트리거링 전극의 전압이 상기 예정된 클램핑 전압 이상 상승하지 않도록 보장하기 위하여 상기 제3직력접속 회로와 상기 전압 클램핑회로 사이에서 접속된 다른 다이오를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 조절기 회로
