Abstract

금구와 로드 사이에 내열성 완충제를 삽입하여 공정 개선과 함께 조립성을 간단히 할 수 있도록 하는 고부자 애자의 금구 결합구조를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 고분자 애자를 FRP 로드를 매개체로 하여 금구에 삽입하여 접착제 또는 압착에 의해 금구에 결합시키는 것에 있어서, 상기 FRP 로드의 선단에 완충용 공간을 마련할 수 있는 내열성 완충재를 부착한 것으로서 달성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고분자 애자(20)를 FRP 로드(22)를 매개체로 하여 금구(10)에 삽입하여 접착제 또는 압착에 의해 금구(10)에 결합시키는 것에 있어서, 상기 FRP 로드(22)의 선단에 완충용 공간을 마련할 수 있는 내열성 완충재(50)를 부착한 것을 특장으로 하는 옥외용 고분자 애자의 금구 결합구조.
