Abstract

목적
소결 합금제 캠 피이스와 강관제 샤프트를 조립하는 캠 샤프트로서, 조립 가공비가 싸고, 또한 캠 피이스가 조립중 및 사용중에 균열되지 않는 것을 제공한다.
구성
소결 합금제 캠 피이스(1)의 내주면에 강제 인너 피이스(2)를 확산 결합하고, 그 인너 피이스의 축 구멍(20)에 강관제 샤프트(3)를 삽입하여 일체 결합해서 이루어지는 캠 샤프트에 있어서, 인너 피이스(2)를 샤프트(3)와 동일 또는 연질의 강제로 하고, 축 구멍(20)에 대경부(21)와 소경부(22)를 만들어, 인너 피이스 축 구멍(20)과 샤프트(3)가 확관에 의해 일체 결합한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 소결 합금제 캠 피이스(1)의 내주면에 인너 피이스(2)를 확산 결합하고, 상기 인너 피이스의 축 구멍(20)에 강관제 샤프트를 삽입하여 일체 결합하여 이루어지는 캠 샤프트에 있어서, 상기 인너 피이스(2)를 상기 샤프트(3)와 동질 또는 이질의 강제로 하고, 상기 축 구멍(20)에 대경부(21)과 소경부(22)를 만들어, 인너 피이스 축 구멍(20)과 샤프트(3)가 확관에 의해 일체 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 캠 샤프트.
