Abstract

본 발명은 히터의 가열에 의해 방사물질을 방출시키는 합침형펠렛의 고정장치에 관한 것으로써, 좀더 구체적으로는 합침형펠렛과 음극 슬리이브의 구조를 개선하여 이들의 결합작업이 용이해질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 음극 슬리이브(6)의 상면에 반구형상의 요입홈(6a)을 형성하여 상기 요입홈내에 구형상의 펠렛(7)을 위치시킨 다음 음극 슬리이브(6)의 상면을 내측으로 절곡하여 펠렛(7)이 음극 슬리이브(6)내에 고정되도록 한 것이다.

함침형펠렛의 고정장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 장치가 적용된 합침형 음극구조체의 종단면도,
제2도는 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 음극구조체의 종단면도로써, (가)는 음극 슬리이브의 상면에 펠렛이 얹혀진 상태도, (나)는 음극 슬리이브의 상면에 얹혀진 펠렛이 고정된 상태도.

Claims (2)

  1. 음극 슬리이브의 상면에 반구형상의 요입홈을 형성하여 상기 요입홈내에 구형상의 펠렛을 위치시킨 다음 음극 슬리이브의 상면을 내측으로 절곡하여 펠렛인 음극 슬리이브내에 고정되도록 함을 특징으로 함을 합침형펠렛의 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구형상으로 된 펠렛의 상면에 절단면을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 합침형펠렛의 고정장치.
