Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 전속도 무단변속기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은, 추가적인 모드를 부가함으로 해서 무단 변속부에 미치는 부하를 줄여줌으로써 소형화가 가능한 전속도 무단변속기를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은, 무단변속부와 서머라이저를 기어 또는 체인으로 연결하여 결합하는 한편 동기속도에서 클러치를 연결 또는 해제하여 모드전환함으로써 변속범위를 확대할 수 있는 전속도 무단변속기에 있어서, 입력축과 피동축 사이에 감속비가 다른 2개의 기어쌍, 기어와 기어 및 기어와 기어를 설치하되 상기 기어와 기어는 피동축 위에 회전 자재하게 설치하고, 모드변환에 따라 각각 기어쌍을 선택하여 동력을 전달 할 수 있도록 클러치와 클러치를 기어쌍의 일측에 설치하고, 상기 기어 및 기어는 모드 1 및 모드 3에서 클러치 변환에 따라 서머라이저의 캐리어를 구동할 수 있도록 설치하되, 상기 무단변속부는 입력축 상에 설치하되 변속 출력부에는 스프로켓을 입력축 상에 회전 자제하도록 설치하는 한편 피동축 상에는 스프로켓을 피동축과 일체로 설치하고, 스프로켓과 스프로켓은 체인으로 연결하고, 피동축 상에 서머라이저의 선기어를 피동축과 일체로 설치하고, 서머라이저의 링기어의 일측에 일체로 기어를 피동축 상에 회전자재 하도록 설치하고, 또 피동축 상에는 기어와 기어를 회전자재토록 설치하고, 스프로켓과 기어사이에 클러치를 설치하는 한편 피동축과 기어 사이에 클러치를 설치하고, 피동축과 평행 이격하여 축을 설치하며, 또한 상기 축상에 기어,기어가 각각 쌍을 이루도록 기어,기어와 축과 일체가 되도록 설치하여 4개의 모드로 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전속도 무단 변속기를 제공해준다.

Claims (3)

  1. 무단변속부(6)와 서머라이저를 기어 또는 체인으로 연결하여 결합하는 한편 동기속도에서 클러치를 연결 또는 해제하여 모드전환함으로써 변속범위를 확대할 수 있는 전속도 무단변속기에 있어서, 입력축(1)과 피동축(7) 사이에 감속비가 다른 2개의 기어쌍, 기어1(2)과 기어2(8) 및 기어3(4)와 기어4(10)를 설치하되 상기 기어2(8)와 기어4(10)는 피동축 위에 회전 자재하게 설치하고, 모드변환에 따라 각각의 기어쌍을 선택하여 동력을 전달 할 수 있도록 클러치2(3)와 클러치1(9)를 각각의 기어쌍의 일측에 설치하되, 상기 기어2(8) 및 기어4(10)는 모드 1및 모드 3에서 클러치 변환에 따라 서머라이저의 캐리어(11)를 구동할 수 있도록 설치하고, 상기 무단변속부(6)는 입력축(1) 상에 회전 자재토록 설치하는 한편 피동축(7) 상에는 스프로켓(16)을 피동축(7)과 일체로 설치하고, 스프로켓(5)와 스프로켓(16)은 체인으로 연결하고, 피동축(7) 상에 서머라이저의 선기어(13)를 피동축(7)과 일체로 설치하고, 서머라이저의 링기어(14)의 일측에 일체로 기어(15)를 피동축(7)상에 회전자재 하도록 설치하고, 또 피동축(7) 상에는 기어(18)와 기어(20)를 회전 자재토록 설치하고, 스프로켓(16)과 기어(18)사이에 클러치(17)를 설치하는 한편 피동 축(7)과 기어(20)을 사이에 클러치(19)를 설치하고,피동 축(7)과 평행 이격하여 축(21)을 설치하며, 또한 상기 축(21) 상에 기어(15), 기어(18), 기어(20)가 각각 쌍을 이루도록 기어(22), 기어(23), 기어(24)를 축(21)과 일체가 되도록 설치하여 4개의 모드로 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전속도 무단변속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프로켓(5)와 스프로켓(16) 및 체인 대신기어(5)와 기어(16) 및 아이들 기어를 설치하여 무단변속부(6)의 기어(5)와 축(7)상의 기어(16)의 회전 방향이 같도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전속도 무단변속기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치(17) 및 기어(18)과 기어(23)을 삭제하여 3개의 모드로 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전속도 무단변속기.
