Abstract

본 발명의 장치는, 고정 위치로 귀한시키는 스프링을 지닌 가동 고정부재(3), 푸쉬로드(5)의 수단에 의해 고정 부재상에서 작용하는 버튼(4), 상기 로드를 위한 전달 안내 수단(53,54)과, 로드의 상기 일단이 고정부재의 상기 요소에 대향하게 위치한 제 1 위치와, 풀림이 가능하고 로드의 상기 일단이 상기 요소의 측부에 위치하는 보안 위치 사이에 있는, 상기 운동 방향의 휭방향으로 운동시키기 위한 고정 보안 수단(6,55)을 포함한다. 특히, 자동차 뒷자석의 접혀지는 등받이의 고정에 응용가능하다.

자동차 좌석의 가동요소용 보안고정장치 (SECURABLE LOCKING DEVICE FOR A MOVABLE ELEMENT OF AN AUTOMOBILE VEHICLE SEAT)

Claims (10)

  1. 요소중 하나가 고정 위치로 탄성적으로 귀환하는 가동 고정부재(3)와 운동방향으로 연장된 푸쉬로드(5)가 구비된 풀림 버튼으로 구성되고, 상기 푸쉬로드(5)의 일단부가, 버튼에서 떨어진 위치에서, 고정부재의 한 요소(35)상에서 작용하고, 버튼이 눌러졌을 때, 사익 고정부재를 풀림 위치로 운동시키는 모양을 지닌 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 로드를 위한 잔달 안내 수단(53,54)과, 로드의 상기 일단이 고정부재의 상기 요소에 대향하게 위치한 제 1 위치와, 풀림이 가능하고 로드의 상기 일단이 상기 요소의 측부에 위차하는 보안 위치 사이에, 상기 운동 방향의 휭방향으로 운동시키기 위한 고정 보안 수단(6,55)이 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 안내 수단이 로드(5)의 길이 방향 슬롯(54)에 삽입된 핀(53)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 안내수단이 보안 수단(6)에 의해 회전 구동되는 선회 레버(55)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 로드(55)가 버튼(4)에 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버튼을 위한 풀림 위치를 한정하는 버튼 정지 수단(44,45)과, 버튼을 풀림 위치로 귀한시키기 위한 귀환 스프링(43)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정 시키기 위한 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 버튼(4)이 풀림 위치에 있고 로드(5)가 풀림이 가능한 위치에 있을 때, 로드의 단부(52)와 고정부재의 요소(35) 사이의 운동이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보안 수단이 2개의 안정 위치를 지닌 손잡이(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보아 수단이 안내 수단을 운동시키기 위한 전기 작동기(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보안 수단이 자물쇠가 구비된 고정부재(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석의 가동 요소를 다른 요소에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  10. 등받이가 전항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀지는 등받이를 지닌 자동차의 뒷자석.
