Claims (1)
- 후강판 압연 방법에 있어서, 설계지시 중량(ORDWT)을 설정하는 단계; 슬라브가 가열로에 인입되기전에 슬라브의 중량(MEWT)을 측정하는 단계; 측정 슬라브 중량(MEWT)이 상기 설게지시 중량(ORDWT)보다 큰지 여부를 판단하고, 측정 슬라브 중량이 상기 설게지시 중량보다 큰 경우에는 통상의 방법으로 압연하고, 적은 경우에는 슬라브의 두께, 폭 및 길이에 대한 압연허용 한계치수를 하기식(1)(2) 및 (3)에 의해 구하는 단계;LOWTH=PLTH-MTHTOL+KL×σ1…………………………………………(1)(여기서, LOWTH : 압연허용 한계 두께PLTH : 제품두께MTHTOL : 두께 하한 공차KL : 압연허용 하한 오차계수σ1 : 두께 제어오차(표준편차))LOWWD=PLWD-MWDTOL+CUTEDG+KL×σ2………………………………………(2)(여기서, LOWWD : 압연허용 한계 폭PLWD : 제품 폭MWDTOL : 폭 하한 공차CYTEDG : 엣지(Edge) 절단 여유치σ2 : 폭 및 캠바(CAMBER) 제어오차(표준편차))LOWLN=PLLN×N+CUTMAR+KL×σ3…………………………………………(3)(여기서, LOWLN : 압연허용 한계길이PLLN : 제품길이N : 제품매수CUTMAR : 중간분할여유치σ3 : CROP(크롭) 제어오차(표준편차))상기에서 구한 슬라브이 두께, 폭 및 길이에 대한 압연허용 한계치수를 이용하여 하기식(4)에 의해 압연허용 한계중량(LOWWT)을 구하는 단계;LOWWT=LOWTH×LOWWD×LOWLN×ρ…………………………………………(4)(여기서, LOWWT : 압연허용 한계 중량ρ : 비중(g/㎤)상기 측정 슬라브 중량(MEWT)이 압연허용 한계중량(LOWWT)보다 큰지여부를 판단하고, 측정슬라브 중량(MEWT)이 압연허용 한게중량(LOWWT)보다 작은경우에는 가열로로의 장입을 취소하고, 큰 경우에는 압연오차계수와 슬라브 중량과의 상관관계로부터 측정 슬라브 중량(MEWT)에 대응되는 압연오차 계수값에 해당되는 압연오차 보정계수(K')를 구하는 단계; 상기에서 구한 압연오차 보정계수(K')를 이용하여 하기식(5) 및 (6)에 의해 압연목표두께(TATH) 및 목표폭(TAWD)를 구하는 단계; 및TATH=PLTH-MTHTOL+K'×σ1…………………………………………(5)(여기서, TATH : 압연 목표 두께K' : 측정중량에 의해 계산된 압연오차 계수)TAWD=PLWD-MWDTOL+CUTEDG+K'×σ2…………………………………………(6)(여기서, TAWD : 압연목표폭)상기와같이 구한 압연목표두께(TATH) 및 압연목표폭(TAWD)이 얻어지도록 압연조건을 제어하여 후강판 압연하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 후강판 압연재의 두께 및 폭 조정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
