Claims (7)
- 레이저광선을 출력하는 레이저발진 유니트와, 소정의 가공데이타에 기초하여 상기 레이저광선이 피가공물의 표면에 소정의 패턴을 그리도록 상기 레이저광선과 상기 피가공물을 상대이동시키는 제어신호를 출력하는제어장치를 설치하여, 상기 레이저광선을 상기 피가공물에 조사하여 상기 피가공물의 마킹(marking), 절단, 용접등의 가공을 수행하는 레이저 가공장치에 있어서, 상기의 가공데이타가 컴퓨터상에서 변환된 소정의 플로터 · 커멘드(plotter command)로서 입력되는 입력부를 설치하고, 상기의 플로터 · 커멘드에 기초하여 상기의 제어장치가 제어신호를 출력하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이저광선을 X-Y 방향으로 주사시키는 스캐닝 유니트와 고정된 피가공물 재치대를 설치하고, 제어장치로부터 출력되는 제어신호에 의하여 상기 스캐닝 유니트를 동작시켜서 상기 레이저광선과 피가공물을 상대 이동시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이저광선을 조사하는 레이저조사 유니트를 X-Y 방향으로 이동시키는 구동장치와 고정된 피가공물 재치대를 설치하고, 제어장치로부터 출력되는 제어신호에 의하여 상기 레이저조사 유니트의 구동장치를 동작시켜서 상기 레이저광선과 피가공물을 상대 이동시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정된 레이저조사 유니트와 피가공물 재치대를 X-Y 방향으로 이동시키는 구동장치를 설치하고, 제어장치로부터 출력되는 제어신호에 의하여 상기 피가공물 재치대를 동작시켜서 상기 레이저광선과 피가공물을 상대 이동시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소정의 플로터·커멘드는 HP-PL, HP-GL/2, HP RTL, GP-GL 또는 FP-GL중 어느 것인가의 플로터·커멘드인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입력부가 씨리얼 인터페이스회로 또는 패럴랠 인터페이스회로에 의하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제I항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입력부가 IC카드 또는 전자수첩으로부터 입력시킬 수 있는 입력장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
