Abstract

본 발명은 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 고주파 유전체 조성은 소결온도가 적어도 1300~1600℃의 고온일 뿐 아니라, 소결조제(sintering aids)를 첨가하지 않고는 소자로서 사용될 수 있는 충분한 기계적 강도와 유전특징을 가진 치밀한 소결체를 얻을 수 없었다.
이에 1㏖의 ZnO와 2㏖의 TiO2를 조합으로 하는 ZnTi2O5에서 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환한 〔(1-x)Zn x(Ca, Ba, Sr)〕Ti2O5이때, x=0.001~0.90㏖인 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물 또는 1㏖의 TiO2대해 ZnO를 0.04~1.00㏖까지 첨가한 TiO2-x(ZnO)에서 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환한 〔(1-x)Zn x(Ca, Ba, Sr)〕TiO3이때, x=0.001~0.90㏖인 본 발명을 제공함으로써 900~1250℃의 비교적 낮은 온도에서 소결되고, 소결조제 없이도 치밀한 미세구조와 우수한 유전특성을 가지며, 다양한 온도보상 범위를 갖고, 비교적 값싼 금속산화물 원료만으로 구성된 3성분계 조성을 갖는 온도 보상용 마이크로웨이브 유전체 조성을 제공하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (6)

1㏖의 ZnO와 2㏖의 TiO2를 조합으로 하는 ZnTi2O5인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물
제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZnTi2O5의 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환하여 아래와 같은 조합으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물.
〔(1-x)Zn x(Ca, Ba, Sr)Ti2O5
이때, x=0.001~0.90㏖
칼슘 카보네이트, 바륨 카보네이트 및 스트론튬 카보네이트를 0.1~90㏖% 첨가하여 ZnTi2O5의 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환하고, 상기 각각의 조성을 900℃에서 2시간 하소한 후, 900~1250℃에서 각각 4시간씩 소성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
1㏖의 TiO2에 대해 ZnO를 0.04~1.00㏖까지 첨가한 TiO2-x(ZnO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 상기 ZnTiO3의 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr|2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환하여 아래와 같은 조합으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물.
〔(1-x)Zn x(Ca, Ba, Sr)〕TiO3
이때, x=0.001~0.90㏖
칼슘 카보네이트 베릴륨 카보네이트 및 스트론튬 카보네이트를 0.1~90㏖% 첨가하여 ZnTiO3의 Zn2+이온을 Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+중 선택된 하나의 이온으로 치환하고, 상기 각각의 조성을 900℃에서 2시간 하소한 후, 900~1250℃에서 각각 2시간씩 소성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
