Claims (2)
- 기판위에 형성한 간섭막과, 상기 간섭막 위에 서로 상이한 재질의 자성박막으로 각각 형성한 기록막과 재생막고, 상기 기록막과 재생막에 형성된 보호막 및, 상기 기록막과 재생막 사이에 형성되어 신호를 전사하는 전사막으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전사막이 NiFe합금, FeAlSi합금, Co, Fe계 비정질 합금등으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
