Abstract

본 발명은 내변색성(discoloration resistance) 및 수지 친화성(분산성)이 탁월한 신규한 진주빛 안료, 이의 제조방법 및 상기 진주빛 안료가 혼입된 수지 조성물, 도료 및 잉크를 개신한다. 진주빛 안료는 박편 기질, 기질 표면상에 코팅된 산화 티탄 및 산화 티탄으로 코팅된 입자 표면상에 코팅된 인산 금속 화합물 또는 인산 금속 화합물 및 금속 산화물을 포함한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 박편 기질, 기질 표면상에 코팅된 산화 티탄 및 산화 티탄으로 코팅된 입자 표면상에 코팅된 인산 금속 화합물 또는 인산 금속 화합물 및 금속 산화물을 포함하는 진주빛 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안산 금속 화합물을 구성하는 인산 성분의 양이 P2O5로 환산하여 산화 티탄을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%의 비율이고; 인산 금속 화합물 및 금속 산화물을 구성하는 금속 원소의 종류가 Zn, Al, Zr, Mg 및 Bi 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속이고, 그의 양이 산화금속으로 환산하여 산화티탄을 기준으로 0.5 내지 10중량%의 비율인 진주빛 안료.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 안산 금속 화합물을 구성하는 인산 성분의 양이 P2O5로 환산하여 산화 티탄을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%의 비율이고; 인산 금속 화합물 및 금속 산화물을 구성하는 금속들의 종류가 Zn, Al 및 Si 이고, 이들 금속 화합물이 순서대로 코팅되고, 이들의 양이 각각 산화 티탄을 기준으로 ZnO2로 환산하여 0.5 내지 10중량%, Al2O3로 환산하여 0.5 내지 10중량% 및 SiO2로 환산하여 0.5 내지 5중량%의 비율인 진주빛 안료.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제, 유기실록산 화합물 및 지방족 카복실산 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물로 표면 코팅 처리된 진주빛 안료.
  5. 박편 기질의 수성 현탁액을 제조하는 단계, 상기 기질의 표면상에 티탄 염의 가수분해에 의해 제조된 산화 티탄 수화물을 코팅하는 단계, 인산 또는 인산염 화합물 및 Zn, Al, Zr, Mg 및 Bi 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속의 염을 가하고, 이어서 알칼리를 가지고 상기 금속염의 가수분해 산물 및 인산 금속염을 형성시켜 이를 코팅된 입자 표면상에 코팅시키는 단계 및 상기 코팅된 입자를 여과 및 세척한 다음, 이를 건조 및 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는 진주빛 안료의 제조방법.
  6. 박편 기질의 수성 현탁액을 제조하는 단계, 상기 기질의 표면상에 티탄 염의 가수분해에 의해 제조된 산화 티탄 수화물을 코팅하는 단계, 인산 또는 인산염 화합물 및 Zn염을 코팅된 입자 표면에 가하고, 알칼리를 가지고 Zn염의 가수분해 산물 및 인산 금속염을 형성시키고, 이어서 Al염 및 알칼리를 사용하여 중화된 가수분해 산물을 형성시키고, 추가로 규산염 화합물을 가하여 그의 가수분해 산물을 형성시키고, 이들을 순서대로 코팅시키는 단계 및 상기 코팅된 입자를 여과 및 세척한 다음, 이를 건조 및 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는 진주빛 안료의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항의 진주빛 안료를 함유하는 수지 조성물, 도료 및 잉크.
