Description
Claims (31)
- 반도체 소자를 구비한 반도체 디바이스에 있어서, 표면 부재와 배면 부재 사이에 위치된 상기 반도체 소자와 밀봉 수지를 포함하는 라미네이트를 형성하고, 5 내지 40분 동안 5토르 또는 그 이하의 진공도로 상기 라미네이트를 진공화하고, 상기 라미네이트를 5토르 또는 그 이하의 진공도에서 열 압축 결합시키고, 접촉 결합시키기 위해 상기 열 압축 결합된 라미네이트를 냉각함으로써 얻어진 적층체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층체는 부직포 유리 섬유, 부직포 유기 수지 섬유, 또는 그 사이에 삽입된 이들 섬유 둘 다를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 수지는 상기 반도체 소자와 상기 표면 부재 사이에 위치되며 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 부재는 플루오르 함유 중합체로 구성된 투명 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체는 유기 과산화물에 의해 크로스링크되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르 함유 중합체는 에틸렌 테트라플루오르에틸렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 투명 플루오르 함유 중합체 막은 상기 밀봉 수지와 접촉된 코로나 방전형 표면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광전 변환 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광기전성 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광 검출기 또는 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 제1항에 따른 반도체 디바이스는 광 전지 모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스.
- 감소된 조건 하에서 열 압축 결합하기 위해 표면 부재와 배면 부재 사이에 위치된 반도체 소자와 밀봉 수지를 포함하는 라미네이트를 형성함으로써 반도체 디바이스를 제조하는 프로세스에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트를 진공화하는 단계; 상기 진공 처리된 라미네이트를 5토르 또는 그 이하의 진공도에서 열 압축 결합시키는 단계; 및 상기 열 압축 결합 단계동안 열 압축 결합된 상기 라미네이트를 접촉 상태로 결합시키기 위해 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트의 열 압축 결합 단계는 장착 테이블과 탄력적 부재 사이의 상기 라미네이트를 지지하고, 상기 라미네이트를 압축하기 위해 상기 장착 부재와 상기 탄력적 부재 사이의 공간을 진공화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트는 부직포 유리 섬유, 부직포 유기 수지 섬유 또는 그 사이에 삽입된 이들 섬유 둘 다를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 수지는 상기 반도체 소자와 상기 표면 부재 사이에 위치되며 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌- 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체는 유기 과산화물에 의해 크로스링트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 표면 부재는 플루오르 함유 중합체로 구성된 투명 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르 함유 중합체는 에틸렌 테트라플루오르에틸렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 투명 플루오르 함유 중합체 막은 상기 밀봉 수지와 접촉된 코로나 방전형 표면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 탄력적 부재는 탄력적 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 탄력적 시트는 실리콘 고무 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트의 열 압축 결합 단계는 상기 라미네이트보다 큰 탄력적 시트를 이용함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 진공화 단계는 상기 장착 테이블과 상기 탄력적 시트 사이에서만 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 진공화 단계는 상기 장착 테이블측 상의 상기 탄력적 부재에 의해 형성된 공간에 대해서만 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 진공화 단계는 상기 탄력적 부재의 양측 상에서 수행되며, 상기 라미네이트의 열 압축 결합 단계는 상기 장착 테이블에 대향 위치되는 상기 탄력적 부재의 측면에 대해 압력을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광전 변환 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광기전성 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 소자는 광 검출기 또는 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 디바이스의 제조 프로세스.
