Claims (11)
- 일체로 형성된 표면부와 내부로 이루어지고, 표면부는 내부에 비하여 질화규소 및 Si-A1-O- N 결정입자가 30체적%이상 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면부에서 입계상의 일부 또는 전부가 결정화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입계상의 일부 또는 전부를 형성하는 결정질 화합물의, 표면부에 대한 내부의 함유량비가 X선 피크 강도법으로 0.5미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입계상의 일부 또는 전부를 형성하는 결정적 화합물은, 표면부에 있어서의 질화규소 및 Si-A1-O-N 결정입자의 함유량에 비해 최고 X선 강도 대비법으로 0.3이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 표면부에서 결정질 입계상은 메릴라이트상, J상, K상, H상, A상 또는 이들의 혼합상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면부의 메릴라이트의 함유량에 대한 내부의 메릴라이트 함유량의 비율이 X선 파크 강도 대비법으로 0.5 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 표면부에 있어서의 질화규소 및 Si-A1-O-N의 함유량에 대한 메릴라이트의 함유량의 비율이, 최고 X선 강도 대비법으로 0.3이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 표면부에 있어서의 결정질 입계상은 실질적으로 메릴라이트로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표면부에 있어서의 질화규소 및 Si-A1-O-N의 함유량에 대한 메릴라이트의 함유량의 비율이, 최고 X선 강도 대비법 0.3이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
- 표면부의 메릴라이트 함유량에 대한 내부의 메릴라이트 함유량의 비율이, X선 피크 강도 대비법으로 0.5미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 개질 질화규소에 기초한 소결체
- 제10항에 있어서, 표면부에 있어서의 질화규소 및 Si-A1-O-N의 함유량에 대한 메릴라이트의 함유량의 비율이, 최고 X선 강도 대비법으로 0.3이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소에 기초한 소결체.
