자동차도어용 글라스가이드
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 글라스가이드가 채널에 취부된 개략적인 단면도.
제2도는 종래기술로서, 제1도에 대응되는 개략적인 단면도이다.

본 고안은 자동차도어용 글라스가이드에 관한 것으로, 특히 글라스가 상·하로 용이하게 개폐되어지도록 된 자동차도어용 글라스가이드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 좌·우측도어에 취급되어지는 부품중의 하나인 글라스가이드는 글라스의 상·하이동을 안내하는 역활을 하게 되는데 종래 자동차도어용 글라스가이드는 제2도에 도시된 바와같이, 도어용 글라스(도시되어 있지 않음)의 상·하이동을 안내하는 글라스가이드(1)와, 이 글라스가이드(1)의 양끝단부에는 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비되어지고, 이 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비된 글라스가이드(1)의 내면으로 채널(2)이 삽입되어 안착되되, 상기 채널(2)의 양끝부위에 형성된 체결홈(2a, 2b)으로 상기 체결부(1a, 1b)가 삽입되어진다.
따라서, 글라스가이드(1)의 체결부(1a, 1b)와 채널(2)의 체결홈(2a, 2b)이 서로 체결되어 도어용 글라스의 상·하이동을 안내하게 되지만, 상기 채널(2)의 체결홈(2a, 2b)에서 글라스가이드(1)의 체결부(1a, 1b)가 쉽게 이탈되어지는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 글라스가이드와 채널을 단단히 체결시켜 상호 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 된 자동차도어용 글라스가이드를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
이한 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면을 참조로 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 글라스가이드가 채널에 취부된 개략적인 단면도인데 종래구조를 도시한 제2도와 동일한 부위에는 동일한 참조부호를 붙이면서 그 설명을 생략한다.
본 고안은, 도어용 글라스의 상·하이동을 안내하는 글라스가이드(1)와, 이 글라스가이드(1)의 양끝단부에는 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비되어지고, 이 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비된 글라스가이드(1)의 내면으로 채널(2)이 삽입되어 안착되되, 상기 채널(2)의 양끝부위에 형성된 체결홈(2a, 2b)으로 상기 체결부(1a, 1b)가 삽입되어진다.
여기서, 상기 글라스가이드(1)의 체결부(1a)가 ⊃현상으로 형성되어져 채널(2)의 체결홈(2a)과 상호 체결되어진다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 글라스가이드와 채널이 체결부와 체결홈을 매개로 단단히 체결·고정되어져 상호 이탈을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 도어용 글라스가 상·하로 용이하게 개폐되어지는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차 도어용 글라스의 상·하이동을 안내하는 글라스가이드(1)와, 이 글라스가이드(1)의 양끝단부에는 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비되어지고, 이 체결부(1a, 1b)가 구비된 글라스가이드(1)의 내면으로 채널(2)이 삽입되어 안착되되, 상기 채널(2)의 양끝부위에 형성된 체결홈(2a, 2b)으로 상기 체결부(1a, 1b)가 삽입되어진 자동차도어용 글라스가이드에 있어서,
    상기 글라스가이드(1)의 체결부(1a)가 ⊃형상으로 형성되어져 채널(2)의 체결홈(2a)과 상호 체결되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차도어용 글라스가이드.
