Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 루프몰딩 설치구조에 관한 것으로서, 원가상승 및 작업성 저하의 요인이 되는 클립의 사용을 완전히 배제하고, 루프몰딩에 걸림수단을 부여하여 패널면에 직접 끼워져 고정될 수 있게 함으로써, 클립 삭제에 따른 원가절감과 작업성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 한 자동차의 루프몰딩 설치구조를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

제2도는 종래의 루프몰딩 설치구조를 나타내는 제1도에서의 A-A선 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 루프몰딩 설치구조를 나타내는 제1도에서의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 루프몰딩(10)의 내부에는 몰딩의 압축변형을 가능하게 해주는 중공부(13)를 형성하는 동시에 양측면 하단부에는 스틸와이어(14)를 포함하면서 상방 걸림면(15)을 갖는 걸림체(16)를 각각 형성하고, 몰딩 설치홈부(102)의 양측벽에는 하방 걸림면(17)을 갖는 걸림턱(18)을 각각 형성하여, 상기 루프몰딩(10)이 몰딩 설치홈부(102)에 삽입되면서 양편의 걸림체(16)를 통해 각각의 걸림턱(18)에 직접 끼워져 고정될 수 있도록 한 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 루프몰딩 설치구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공부(13)는 좌우 걸림체(16)의 정중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 루프몰딩 설치구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림체(16)의 저면은 곡면부로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 루프몰딩 설치구조.
